POSITION DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES

  • Performs Full Range of Bookkeeping activities.
  • Balances and maintains accurate ledgers.
  • Maintains chart of accounts.
  • Coordinates bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management.
  • Tracks bank account balances on a daily basis.
  • Records cash and credit card receipts, petty cash.
  • Accounts Receivable: invoices, statements, collections.
  • Accounts Payable: matches purchase orders with bills, schedules payments.
  • Accounts Reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Develops monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Collaborates and prepares information for CPA.
  • Monitors office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts.
  • Maintains an orderly accounting filing system.
  • Maintains employee files.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs.
  • Processes payroll in a timely manner (check time sheets, submit payroll via processing company).
  • Records all customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Works collaboratively with employees to obtain necessary information.
  • Provides reports and analysis to the management.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for storage, picking, assembling, handling, shipping and control of products being inventoried and sold.

Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (may be switched to 7:00am – 3:30pm during summer heat). Infrequent over-time stays are needed during high season, paid accordingly.

DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and maintains knowledge of products.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of stock location within the warehouse.
  • Receives and puts up/stores materials being inventoried in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Participates in warehouse organization. Assists in the general maintenance of the warehouse.
  • Records damaged or defective materials and immediately reports it to designated team members for proper handling. 
  • Product repairs and servicing.
  • Inbound and Pre-sale inspection of beverage equipment.
  • Assemblies of various products as needed. 
  • Picks and packs orders for shipping. 
  • Obtains shipping quotes. Prepares bills of lading for shipment.
  • Verifies outgoing shipments for accuracy.
  • Loads and unloads material from truck in an accurate, efficient, and safe manner, utilizing proper body mechanics and proper equipment (e.g., forklift).
  • Assures proper documentation accompanies all material being loaded onto or unloaded from the truck.
  • Greets and interacts with customers in a cheerful and helpful manner.
  • Completes stock checks for the Purchasing Department as requested.
  • Reports suspicious activities immediately to a member of the management team.
  • Follows all safety requirements and procedures.
  • Delivers and picks up merchandise locally as needed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Warehouse Operations and Inventory Manager is responsible for directing the efficient and cost-effective day-to-day operation of our warehouse facility with particular emphasis on the management of the warehouse personnel (including hiring, training, conducting employee meetings and leading the team). The Warehouse Operations and Inventory Manager will manage inbound activities related to the receipt and storage of goods, inventory management, claims and outbound activities related to order fulfillment, stock replenishment and shipping. This position will be responsible for developing KPI metrics to maximize operations efficiencies. The Warehouse Operations and Inventory Manager is responsible for budgeting, facility and equipment operation. DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES

  • Observes and enforces all safety precautions and regulations at all times; in all areas where duties are performed. Responsible for reporting, managing and reducing all safety hazards and potential unsafe working conditions.
  • Manages efficient day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including: unloading, check-in, put-away, picking orders, maintain on time shipping schedule and location maintenance.
  • Develops and implements shipping and receiving work procedures and assignments to assure effective and efficient operations. 
  • Evaluates, designs, and establishes proper layout of the warehouse and product placement to ensure the environment is most conducive to optimize efficiencies while using FIFO inventory management method.
  • Ensures proper inspection and disposition of incoming goods.
  • Participates in implementation, evaluates, designs, and establishes proper procedure for using barcode scanning system for all products.
  • Coordinates with Procurement Department and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
  • Manages and maintains an effective cycle count program to achieve specified inventory accuracy rate.
  • Works closely with other departments to investigate customer complaints involving order accuracy and/or carrier delivery issues.
  • Establishes and monitors quality assurance goals.
  • Secures company assets.
  • Ensures that equipment is utilized and maintained in the most efficient manner.
